NCSA Rules

All Vikings FC Coaches are required to read NCSA Rules.

 

Pre & Post Game day forms

- All Player and Coaches passes presented to the referee prior to each game.

- 2 NCSA Rosters are given to Referee prior to each game.

- NCSA Referee Evaluation Form to be filled out after each game.

- Coaches MUST have all completed players US Medical Forms at each league and tournament games.
