Jason holds a Premier, Advanced National, National, National Youth, Director of Coaching, National GK Diplomas along with numerous 'Special Topics' diplomas from the United Soccer Coaches Association(formerly NSCAA). 4v4, 7v7, 9v9 and 11v11 Grassroots Diplomas from US Soccer Federation. Coerver Skills Youth Diplomas I & II. He has gained international coaching education participating in the following courses: Youth National Certificates UFEA 'B' (Team Training, Match Analysis, Fitness) from the KNVB Dutch federation. 'Team Fitness Periodization', 'Match Tactics', ‘Football Braining’ and "Football Coach Evolution - Year Long Mentorship" certificates from the World Football Academy and FC Evolution instructed by world renown trainer Raymond Verheijen. Training Methodology Diploma from Spain's 'La Liga' Soccer league. Training Specialist Diploma from the AFE Spanish Federation & Kimet Sport. TOVO Training 11v11 and 7v7 Methodology Diplomas.
Jason was formerly a NSCAA Associate Staff Instructor for coaches for Northern NJ. Soccer Awareness and Game Intelligence training are the foundation of Jason's training methodology. Since 2000, he has coached numerous Vikings boys and girls teams. In addition, He was the former assistant varsity coach for NVRHS Demarest Girls soccer. Jason played for FC Nationals (Now Vikings FC), NVRHS Demarest and Widener University Men's soccer teams.
Jason continues to build on his knowledge by attending annual United Soccer Coaches' conventions, coaching seminars and collaborates with professional coaches.
Jason is currently on the United Soccer Coaches of America Hall of Fame Selection Committee.
